Good stuff...... and great use of the book cover.....

As per the slight &quot;tiny bit heavy on the alcohol flavor&quot; of the sake.... it&#039;s a genshu (undiluted) brew that carries a pretty high alc % .... if I recall perhaps 18-19%! They brew about 10-15% of all sakes this way...... but mostly the average alc % for sake is about 15-16%!
