oh yeah. and btw. that jug of shitty wine you see in the background of the picture is for yeast starters. that brand of wine is not recommended for human consumption, and if you ever see my drinking any, i recommend you walk up and pop me in the nuts…

Good stuff…… and great use of the book cover…..

As per the slight “tiny bit heavy on the alcohol flavor” of the sake…. it’s a genshu (undiluted) brew that carries a pretty high alc % …. if I recall perhaps 18-19%! They brew about 10-15% of all sakes this way…… but mostly the average alc % for sake is about 15-16%!

I enjoyed reading your “stuff”……

Good luck making your sake…. it is called the industry of 10,000 methods and now 10,001!
